TURNAROUND TIME (TAT) & SHIPPING:
My current TAT (turnaround time to process orders) is 5-7 business days, which are Monday - Friday and exclude holidays. Preorder TATs will vary but will be explained within their listings. I ship USPS First Class, which generally takes an additional 2-5 business days to reach you once USPS receives your package.
Please be aware that delivery times are only an estimate and not a guarantee. Simply Clay by Bobbi LLC cannot assume responsibility for USPS delays, lost packages or mistakes, or returned packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
I currently only ship within the U.S.
RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of the products and sanitary concerns we do not accept returns unless we are at fault and it is a packaging error made by us.
Please reach out to us if you have an error with your order at simplyclaybybobbi@gmail.com. Including the name on your order and your order number in your email to us will help us check your order status quickly and more efficiently. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
- If your earrings arrive damaged or break within 2 weeks of receipt, please message me with a picture of damage. If they are able to be remade, I will offer a replacement pair.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I do not accept cancellations and all purchases are final. There are no exceptions. Please be sure to look over your orders closely before placing.
CHANGES MADE TO ORDERS:
No changes can be made to an order once it has been placed. This includes but is not limited to refunding accidental double-purchases of items or changing an address. All discount and promotional codes must be applied during the time of checkout and will not be applied after your order has been placed. Please be sure to double check your address before submitting an order.
